At StyleMantra, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase and feel happy purchasing from us. If for any reason you're unhappy with your order, please e-mail us at hello@stylemantra.com with your order # and reason for return. However, please note the following:
  • All items in our SALE section are FINAL SALE
  • All custom stitched items are FINAL SALE
  • All returns must be reported to us within 7 days of receiving the order
Upon receiving your order, your return will be inspected prior to a refund being issued. All returns must adhere to the following:
  • Merchandise must have all tags and be in the original packaging
  • Merchandise must be in unworn and unused condition - if the merchandise is found to be having any scent of perfumes and/or bodily odors, it will be shipped back to you at your own cost.
  • Merchandise must be received within 15 days once the return is approved from our end.
  • You, the buyer, are liable for all returns shipping charges and/or customs fees which may be applicable in returning the order back to us.
  • StyleMantra is not responsible if your return package is lost in transit by your chosen shipping carrier.
Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable and all returns will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, which will be deducted from your purchase value. If you would like to return for store credit, shipping charges and a re-stocking fee will not be deducted and you will receive the full order value in the form of store credit. Store credit never expires and can be used towards any items in our store.
